Michelle (scanner), is very friendly and knows what has to be done and efficient at it. Dr Kern has an excellent “bedside manner”, he asks questions and LISTENS to what the patient says and asks. I give Vein Specialists of Geneva a “5 STAR RATING”!

During the treatment he gives ‘progress’ reports, letting you know how far into the process he is. I really believe he cares about his patient’s comfort and well-being. Great experience! Dr. Kern explained my procedure from start to finish on my initial visit. He kept me informed and went over everything he did after each treatment. My legs look 200% better than before! I highly recommend him. He’s extremely cordial and easy to contact if you have any questions. The office folks are great too!

I would highly recommend Vein Specialists of Geneva. I found Dr. Kern and his staff to be very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I’ve had varicose veins for most of my life. I went to Dr. Kern to see what could be done and he came up with a plan and explained everything before beginning. They always made me feel very comfortable even during the treatments. The treatments were always explained thoroughly and they made sure to answer any and all of my questions even if I thought of them at a later time. I never realized how the varicose veins were not only unsightly but effecting my legs so much physically until having the procedures done. They feel so much lighter and less fatigued at the end of the day. I wish I would have had this done years sooner. There is also Nikki the clinic dog who will happily help relax you with her company but only if you would like.
