I previously had treatments with Dr. Kern when he was with Vein Clinic of America at the Oak Brook location. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the treatments I received. Dr. Kern explains the treatments very thoroughly and listens to any questions I may have. The entire staff from the front desk to the techs are also very warm and friendly which makes the visit that much more comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Vein Specialists of Geneva! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process seamless. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved having Nikki around as well! Dr. Kern was incredibly thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to all my grandmothers concerns. Dr.Kern also speaks Spanish which is a big plus! I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how they explained everything in detail so we could make informed decisions about the care. The entire team was professional, caring, and made us feel at ease. We left the office feeling confident and well taken care of. Convenient and easily accessible location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Sam & Joan).Everyone greets you with a hello and a genuine smile. Michelle (scanner), is very friendly and knows what has to be done and efficient at it. Dr Kern has an excellent “bedside manner”, he asks questions and LISTENS to what the patient says and asks.
