Dr. Kern and his team were very attentive, responsive, and helpful. I had some additional inflammation after my treatment, and he made time to evaluate it and treat it right away. I really appreciated the follow up and care.

From the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner and everyone in between, every single person there is amazing and truly cares. Yes, vein disease is something you have to stay on top of, but they make the entire process feel easy and manageable. The care, the communication, and the overall experience are unmatched. And as funny as it sounds, even though it’s great not needing to be there all the time, I genuinely miss them between visits! 11/10 recommend.

Dr. kern and his staff are wonderful. I wish I had known about them before I had other incomplete and unsuccessful vein procedures. My legs look better than they have for decades. Sam is excellent at treating spider veins. I could not recommend this practice more highly.
Dr. Kern is the BEST! I have actually never made review before, but for Dr. Kern and his incredible staff, I had to! I went to his new Elk Grove clinic off of Meacham Road, and I was so impressed. The office is beautiful, welcoming and runs so smoothly. Dr. Kern takes his time to fully explains every part of the process and ensured that I am completely informed of what is to happen next. I honestly have never been to a doctor that is so thorough, patient and genuinely cares. He was never rushing! As a busy mom of 3 children, I was amazed after each treatment, I was able to go back to my every day routine with zero issues and my legs were not overly uncomfortable at all! It was amazing and that meant everything to me. Everything is progressing smoothly, and I’m already seeing amazing results! If you are even thinking of going here – DO IT! You will not regret it. Very thorough exam and explanation of treatment plan. Good discussion with doctor who is open to questions. Lovely offices and treatment areas. Medical personnel always checking on patient’s well being. Plenty of parking.
Staff is friendly and prompt. My consultation was very informative with Dr.Kern and I am very happy with the results. I have come back to have Sam finish with a spider vein treatment and she was wonderful.
I have been treating my varicose veins and keeping my vein health check ups with doctor Kern for a decade now. I even followed him from Oakbrook to his new practice in Geneva, even though the new location is not convenient for me. It’s with the drive to have expert treatment and care. He and his entire team of professionals treat patients with kindness, genuine concern and are very good at teaching about vein disease and treatments. When you call his office, you will talk to a staff member directly. And, I have never had to wait past a reasonable time for my appointment.
Everyone here is great. Not one person annoyed me which is unusual for me. Everyone knows what they are doing and they make you feel comfortable and explain everything on what to expect. I was referred here by my sister and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kern and his staff. Five stars all day!
